The concession is a HUGE fundraiser for our association and brings in extra cash that allows us to maintain our fees and do little extras for our players! Funds raised from concession do not have the same AGLC restrictions as funds raised from raffles, 50-50s, or casinos. We have also experienced over the past couple of weekends that the concession adds a fun and social atmosphere for our players, parents, and visiting teams.

Our concession can not run without volunteer bodies! Going forward, if 75% or more of the shifts for the day are not covered 48 Hours in advance, an email will go out to all members, and if it continues to not be filled at 24 Hours prior, then the concession will not open for that scheduled day.
Concession shifts are 1.5 hours long each, and two bodies each in two different positions are needed to operate.
FRONT: Will act as cashier and/or runner, with duties including: taking orders and processing transactions through our Square register (both cash and card), collecting and delivering all non-kitchen food items to the customer (drinks, popcorn, chips, nachos, etc), writing down each kitchen food order and handing them off to the cooks to prepare, general tidying/cleaning
COOK: Will prepare kitchen food orders, and help to pass them out to customers. General tidying/cleaning.

Required team volunteer duties and event (tournament) shifts must be prioritized, however if you have completed all available team duties and available event/tournament shifts (TOTT only has 2 of 3 shifts available per player, SOS will have 3 per player), but still have hours or shifts remaining to complete your minimum of 10hrs/3 shifts, you can use concession shifts to fulfill your remaining volunteer requirements.
