U7 teams will practice once per week.
U9 and up will practice twice weekly.

What are the volunteer requirements?

Like every minor sport, lacrosse requires parent volunteers to run smoothly. Team volunteer duties for lacrosse parents may include: running the game time clock, filling out score sheets, manning penalty box doors (U9 and up, for home and away games), jersey parent(s), tournament representative, trainer, manager, coach, and more.
Each age group also has a home festival (U7 & U9) or tournament (U11+) that require parent volunteers to run. The exact amount of hours required per family will be dependent on how many players on the team, and how many overall players for the tournaments.

When does registration open?

Registration for IMLA generally opens mid-January.

Registration for 2024 opened on January 15, 2024.
Early bird rates for 2024 were in effect from January 15 through February 15, 2024.

Our U11 & up teams generally attend one away tournament per season, however teams may decide to attend additional tournaments as well.
