Please submit the following Intent to Play form along with a $100 non-refundable* deposit to sos@innisfaillacrosse.com in order to submit your intent to play. Please ensure that the notes on the transfer clearly state which team the transfer is for.
We will be in touch with you regarding the status of your intent to play within 5 days of submission, informing you either that you have been accepted, or placed on our waitlist.
Our goal is to accept a diverse range of teams, as part of the excitement of tournaments is competing against teams that you don't typically face during the season. Therefore, if we have already accepted multiple teams from your area (LGB), then you may be placed on our wait list.
**Please note, as of March 5, any further GELC teams applying will be placed on the waitlist. If you are applying from GELC on March 5 or later, please fill out the form to be placed on the wait list, but do not submit a deposit unless you hear from our tournament committee requesting it.
**Please note, as of March 15, any further CALL teams applying will be placed on the waitlist. If you are applying from CALL on March 15 or later, please fill out the form to be placed on the wait list, but do not submit a deposit unless you hear from our tournament committee requesting it.
Once the tournament is full, the form will be turned off- please do not submit a deposit if you are unable to complete the form due to it being shut off (if you are unable to complete it due to technical difficulties please contact sos@innisfaillacrosse.com).
